Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email notification with shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently offer standard shipping. Orders are shipped using:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri (includes tracking)

  • DHL (for select international destinations)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Deliveries: 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • International (US & Asia): 2–3 weeks from dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We charge flat rate shipping based on your location. Occasionally, we offer free UK shipping during promotional events. Please contact us if you require a custom quote or bulk shipping.

Tracking Information

For shipments via Evri, a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused and in original packaging.

  • You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We allow returns and exchanges for both UK and international customers.

  • Returns requested before the item is likely to be delivered (based on our stated delivery times) will be honored fairly.

Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive:
