1. What age are your products suitable for?

Our products are thoughtfully designed for children aged 3 to 11—the perfect age for building confidence, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.

2. Are your products suitable for schools or groups?

Yes! Many of our customers are teachers, childminders, or group leaders. Our cards, posters and journals work brilliantly in classrooms, clubs and wellbeing spaces.

3. Are your products eco-friendly?

Absolutely. All of our products are FSC® certified, which means the materials come from responsibly managed forests. We also keep packaging minimal and recyclable wherever possible.

4. Can I send a product as a gift?

Definitely! Our products make thoughtful gifts. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note, just pop your message in the checkout notes and we’ll do the rest.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40. It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading kindness far and wide.

6. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. We’ll keep you updated once your order is on its way.

7. Can I return my order?

Of course! If something’s not quite right, we offer 30-day returns. Just get in touch and we’ll help you sort it.

The I Am Club is all about empowering kids to feel good, be kind and believe in themselves. Through our feel-good products and kindness challenges, we’re here to uplift little hearts.

9. What is the “This Is Me” Journal?

It’s a guided journal for children to explore their thoughts, feelings and dreams in a creative, confidence-building way. Think of it as a keepsake of their amazing inner world.
